To be eligible for a Exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Reverse Shipping costs for the exchanged order are to be borne by the customer.
  • Please be informed that all Exchange return parcels undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. If the returned product is found to be used or damaged, we regret to inform you that an exchange cannot be processed for the item.
  • Upon inspection of the returned parcel, if the product is found to be in good condition, we will proceed to ship your exchange order .

Parcel Inspection: We kindly request you to inspect the parcel upon delivery. If you find it broken or tampered with, we urge you not to accept it. Please reject the parcel. Order Cancellation:In the event you change your mind and wish to cancel the order, we kindly request you to reject the parcel and refrain from accepting it. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 12 hours to receiving order. immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Necessary, You will Have To provide Us video Footage of the Damage Product.Without Footage We Will not approve any claim.
  • After 12 hours not accepting any of the compliment regarding order..

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the Exchange request  accepted, and we received the product in good condition than make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
